Thank you for your interest in taking classes with YogiOakley! Before we jump in, we have to cover all the legal stuff. Please read & sign the liability waiver below to continue on to class! You must accept these terms as you register through Acuity in order to take class.



I, ________________________ hereby agree to the following:

That the instruction offered by [Emily Oakley & YogiOakley] is limited to that of instruction of yoga, circuit training, and health.

That even with clear instruction, there is a possibility of injury, and that it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding my ability to participate before starting an exercise program.

I attest that I have no psychological, medical or emotional condition that would prevent me from a safe practice.

I release and discharge [Emily Oakley & YogiOakley] from any and all liability, claims, demands or actions that I may have resulting from injury, death or damages arising from my participation in the yoga or circuit class, including losses caused by the negligence of the released parties.

I understand photos & video taken during class may be used for YogiOakley courses, promotion, & marketing. 

I recognize that this agreement of release and waiver of liability is a legal contract and that I have complete knowledge of its contents.

I accept that this electronic signature acts as my legal signature. 

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be made prior to attending a class, this is possible through the website: https://yogioakley.as.me/

If you have booked a class and are unable to attend for any reason, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else. Bookings must be cancelled 24 hours ahead of class start time for a guaranteed refund.  

In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organizer, you will receive an e-mail or text through your Acuity profile.

You can change your reservation to a different class at anytime.

If less than 3 people sign up for a class, it can be cancelled.


No part of this website may be reproduced, transmitted, or stored in a retrieval system in any form or by any means, without prior permission in writing from Emily Oakley. Content from this website must directly link back to yogioakley.com. YogiOakley teachers must be registered with Yoga Alliance and have completed at least a 200 hour teacher training. However, opinions & content on this website should not replace suggestions or instructions given by your medical doctor.

We will ask for previous health issues to ensure safe modifications and contact information for class scheduling and marketing. You can choose not to submit your birthday if you wish to opt out of birthday coupons.

However, please note that this website may contain links to third party sites that are not controlled or operated by YogiOakley. This privacy policy does not extend to your use of such websites.
